When will I get my order?

We ship every order within 3 working days (Monday–Friday) via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll get tracking details once it’s en route, so you’re not left sauce-less.

Ive got a problem with my order, what shall I do?

How much does it cost for postage?

Flat-rate UK delivery is just £3.95, or FREE when you spend £30+.

Are your products vegan friendly?

Most of our sauces are vegan friendly—even the creamy ones like our mayo. However, our new award-winning Black Mire Sriracha contains cuttlefish ink, so it's not suitable for vegans. We clearly label all our sauces to help you make the right pick.

Are your products gluten free?

All our sauces are completely gluten free. Safe for celiacs, coeliacs, and anyone ditching wheat.

I've read Xanthan Gum on some of your ingredients, I thought that was bad for you?

We use Xanthan Gum as a thickener in some of our products. It was discovered all the way back in 1963. It has been well researched and determined safe - you're probably already consuming this several times a week.
