What it tastes like:
Apples and molasses are what you are met with, but there's no escaping that fragrant and pungent ghost chilli that pops in to say hello but never leaves. This is a creeper!
What we make with it:
This sauce has a traditional brown sauce in its origins, so if you like your breakfast sandwich with some kick this is for you. Also, this is amazing mixed with some yoghurt and drizzled over lamb koftas.
