What it tastes like:
This is ketchup with lemon at its heart, but it's sweet not bitter and the herbs add a hint of fragrance and flavour to balance out the lemon, with a rounded and suitable heat from the Amarillo chillies. This is chilli sauce for the grownup kids!
What we make with it:
Fantastic on grilled chicken and fish. It has been known to be added to baked beans too. It's a grownup sauce but you don't need to act like one!
