What it tastes like:
We've made a classic sweet chilli sauce, but instead of Fresno, Thai or Cayenne chillies they are often made with, we've used a super spicy, very pungent Carolina Reaper. Don't jump straight in with this one, try a drop first and build from there!
Use sparingly!
What we make with it:
Amazing on fried chicken, or a drop in a stir fry. Mix it with some soy sauce and sesame seed oil for a super fiery Asian style dip for spring rolls and wontons
