What You Need to Get

Ingredients:

500 g pork sausage meat

3 tsp Sweet Chilli Reaper Sauce (adjust to taste)

1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 egg, beaten (for glazing)

1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

1 tsp chilli flakes (optional, for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Let’s Make It Legendary


1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan).

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat, Sweet Chilli Reaper Sauce, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the flavours are evenly blended.

3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls

Unroll the puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.

Cut the pastry lengthwise into two equal strips.

Spoon the sausage mixture evenly down the center of each strip.

Fold one side of the pastry over the filling, then the other side, slightly overlapping. Press to seal the edges.

4️⃣ Slice and Glaze

Turn the rolls seam-side down and cut them into bite-sized pieces (about 5 cm each).

Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chilli flakes (if desired).

5️⃣ Bake to Perfection

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp.

6️⃣ Serve & Devour

Let them cool slightly before serving.
