Our chilli salts much like our range of sauces have legendary flavour. We use the chillies for flavour first and heat is a byproduct. You'll find a range of chilli types have been used to compliment and match the flavours we have used across the range. And this is no exception.

We use green jalapeno flakes, as their flavour is more distinct than red ones, with a slightly bitter earthy tone to them. Add that to quality mediterranean sea salt and you have a flavour bomb waiting to go off.
